Location
Central Coast Primary Care is located near downtown SLO on Marsh Street between Johnson Avenue and California Avenue easily accessible by car or public transport. Please refer to the map on the contact page. Parking is available in the private parking lot behind the clinic as well as street parking in front of the clinic.
Appointments
Appointments may be made by calling 543-2724 during regular business hours. Please inform the receptionist of the reason for the visit to ensure that enough time can be scheduled for your needs. A limited number of appointments are available each day for same-day callers with urgent problems. If you find that you are going to be late or unable to keep your appointment, please notify our office in advance to allow us to ensure prompt appointments and accommodate emergencies.
Confidentiality
Your medical record is confidential and is treated with utmost care. No information about any patient will be released unless we have written authorization from the patient. The only exception is when disclosure is required by law, as in an industrial injury case.
